Obituary

Raymond L. Recinella, Jr., 57, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away unexpectedly Monday December 21, 2020, at the Country Club Manor in Steubenville, OH.

He was born August 26, 1963 in Steubenville, OH, a son of Raymond and Eleanor (Ross) Recinella, Sr. of Mingo Junction, OH. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Rouse and Richie Rouse.

Raymond retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Yorkville plant where he was a laborer. He was Catholic by Faith. Raymond enjoyed playing tennis, golfing, fishing and had a great love for animals.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Sharon Recinella and Kathy Recinella-Gaschler; two nieces, Allison and Lindsay Gaschler; a nephew, Adam Gaschler, all of Mingo Junction, OH; and a special friend, Annette Petrella of Steubenville, OH.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. and also on Wednesday from Noon until the time of his funeral services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, officiating. Interment at Oakland Cemetery.

Masks are absolutely required and we ask that you not linger after you pay your respects.
